On June 11, Gaziyev, First Deputy Director of the Center for Technical Scientific Experiments and Quality Control of Uzbekistan, and his delegation visited CTC. Song Kaisen, Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary of CTC, warmly received the guests. The two sides signed the “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Conformity Assessment” and held discussions on inspection and certification, standardization, training, and other matters.

Song Kaisen welcomed Gaziyev and his delegation. He stated that this meeting was a continuation and concrete advancement of the visit to CTC by Rumanazarov, Director of the Agency for Technical Regulation of Uzbekistan, in April this year. He expressed the hope that this exchange would further strengthen business alignment and promote in-depth cooperation between the two sides in construction and building materials, new energy, standardization, conformity certification, and laboratory construction.

Gaziyev expressed gratitude for CTC’s warm reception and appreciation for CTC’s technical strength and management experience. He introduced the representatives of testing institutions from various regions of Uzbekistan who were part of the delegation and expressed the hope to establish a deeper cooperative relationship with CTC and jointly advance the implementation of cooperation in multiple fields including construction and building materials.

CTC provided training to the visiting Uzbek delegation on conformity assessment and quality system related content for construction engineering laboratories, and issued the “Conformity Assessment and Quality System for Construction Engineering Laboratories” certificates to the trainees.

During the visit, the Uzbek delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the laboratories and various intelligent instruments and equipment of CTC Xuzhou Company.

Relevant heads of the Investment Development Department (International Department), Certification and Evaluation Center, and Engineering Sector of CTC Headquarters participated in this exchange activity.
