The history of CTC can be traced back to the 1950s. For over 70 years, the company has steadily advanced, emerging from China Building Materials Academy and growing alongside the development of China's building materials industry and the nation's economic takeoff. In 2005, we established the China Building Materials Test and Certification Center, embarking on corporate operations. In 2009, we introduced strategic partners and transformed into China Building Materials Test and Certification Center Co., Ltd., beginning market-oriented operations. In 2011, we fully integrated the testing and certification resources within China National Building Materials Group and restructured into China Building Materials Test and Certification Co., Ltd., further improving our governance structure. In 2012, we changed our name to China Building Materials Test and Certification Group Co., Ltd., embarking on a group development path. In 2016, we were successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first state-controlled company in the A-share market to integrate both testing and certification. In 2021, on the fifth anniversary of our listing, we officially changed our name to China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd., realizing a strategic transformation from a specialized testing and certification institution into a comprehensive, international testing and certification group.
