Floor Testing

The Floor Covering Materials Laboratory of CTC is affiliated with China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. It is one of the earliest laboratories in China to conduct full-series testing of floor covering materials, including resin floor coverings, inorganic floor coverings, composite floor coverings, and other functional floor coverings. The laboratory is also one of the earliest in China to perform on-site testing of floors, such as anti-static floors, wear-resistant floors, spark-proof floors, hardened floors, and slip-resistant floors. Since its establishment, it has been jointly accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and the China Metrology Accreditation (CMA). The laboratory has complete qualifications, advanced testing equipment, extensive testing experience, and a professional technical team. The Floor Covering Materials Laboratory of CTC can accept various types of inspection services, including commissioned inspections, sampling inspections, type inspections, witness inspections, re-inspections for engineering projects, and on-site acceptance inspections.

Various mechanical properties (compressive strength, flexural strength, etc.), durability, analysis of hazardous substance limits, fire performance, radioactivity, microbial performance (mildew resistance), etc.

On-site testing: anti-static performance, wear resistance, spark-proof performance, flatness, thickness, slip resistance, etc.

Emission of carbonyl compounds including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, butyraldehyde, valeraldehyde, etc.
