New cement kiln co-processing hazardous waste units shall, during the trial production period, conduct performance tests on the cement kiln co-processing hazardous waste facilities in accordance with the requirements of HJ 622. Passing the performance test is one of the necessary conditions for obtaining the Hazardous Waste Operating License for cement kiln co-processing after the trial production period ends. The performance test results are valid for five years. After five years, the performance test shall be conducted again according to the requirements of HJ 622. Passing the performance test is one of the necessary conditions for reapplying for the Hazardous Waste Operating License for cement kiln co-processing or submitting a license renewal application.
