Environmental Control

To address common challenges in interior decoration—such as “qualified materials but unqualified air quality” or “acceptable air quality but persistent odor”—CTC, adhering to the principle of “prevention first, overall control,” has pioneered a service for full-process environmental control in building interior decoration. This service focuses on resolving issues such as insufficient oversight of critical processes, inadequate control of high-risk materials, imperfect on-site supervision systems, excessively long cycles of current testing methods, and incomplete monitoring parameters. Its goal is to eliminate indoor pollution caused by the decoration process at the source, ensuring the achievement of a “highly environmentally friendly, odor-free” air quality target. This model has been successfully applied to over 20 major national projects, including the Beijing APEC Summit, Hangzhou G20 Summit, Xiamen BRICS Summit, Qingdao SCO Summit, Beijing Winter Olympics, and Hangzhou Asian Games, as well as numerous civil projects such as conference & exhibition centers, high-end hotels, primary/secondary schools & kindergartens, and high-end real estate.
