Mortar Testing

The development of dry-mix mortar in China began in the 1980s and 1990s. In the early 2000s, with the introduction of national policies on energy conservation and emission reduction, external thermal insulation rendering and bonding mortars became the driving force for the development of dry-mix mortar. In recent years, specialized mortars such as tile adhesives have brought another wave of growth to the dry-mix mortar industry. Since 2012, the market has grown at an annual rate of no less than 30%, making China the world's largest producer and consumer of dry-mix mortar.
