China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. (CTC, 603060) is headquartered in Beijing. It serves as the Group's center for strategic governance, technical coordination, qualification management, standards innovation, brand operation, and nationwide business coordination. It is the first A-share listed central government-owned enterprise in China integrating inspection, testing, and certification. Its business origins can be traced back to the inspection and certification segment of China Building Materials Academy in the 1950s, with over 70 years of accumulated expertise in inspection and testing technology.

The Beijing Headquarters oversees more than 50 legal entities nationwide and 35 national and industry-level quality inspection centers, with 9 specialized institutes under its management. Its business covers building materials testing, construction engineering testing, certification and evaluation, safety and environmental protection, and scientific research and standards.
