CTC Jingcheng Testing Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. It operates specialized testing laboratories for environment, food, agricultural products, and microbiology, equipped with internationally advanced testing instruments. It holds CMA qualification for testing institutions, CNAS laboratory accreditation, CATL certification for testing institutions, and a hazardous waste identification capability certificate. It also holds certifications for quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management systems, and intellectual property management systems.

Its testing services cover ecological environment (air and exhaust gas, water and wastewater, marine and marine survey, soil and sediment, solid waste, noise and vibration, radiation), food safety (including pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, food additives, microorganisms, hazardous substances, etc.), public places, drinking water, groundwater, agricultural safety (including agricultural environment, agricultural products, fertilizers), and product quality (including biomass fuels, coal, cement and its raw materials). It holds over 3,200 food safety-related qualifications and more than 5,400 environmental and other qualifications.

Environmental and agricultural technical consulting covers online operation and maintenance, enterprise environmental steward services, completion environmental protection acceptance for construction projects, enterprise emergency response plans for sudden environmental incidents, soil and groundwater pollution status investigation and risk assessment, hazardous waste identification, and safe utilization of contaminated cultivated land.

In recent years, the company has successively undertaken multiple national and provincial projects, including the Third National Soil Census, national-controlled groundwater point monitoring, national-controlled surface water sample separation and testing, the Second National Pollution Source Census, food sampling inspection for the Guangzhou Asian Games, food safety assurance for the International Food Festival, Guangdong Province offshore fishery resources survey, and marine environmental status survey for the Fangchenggang 300,000-ton port channel project. It has received commendations from government departments including the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre, the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, and ecological environment and market supervision administrations.
