CTC Anhui Yuanzheng Testing Co., Ltd. (referred to as CTC Yuanzheng) is a third-party service institution for engineering quality testing, monitoring, appraisal, and technical consulting. It is an Anhui Provincial High-Tech Enterprise, an Innovative SME, and a Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME. It is an important part of CTC's business layout in East China.

The company was founded in 1988. Its predecessor was the Xuancheng Construction Engineering Quality Testing Center. It joined CTC in 2021. Currently, it operates four bases in Hefei, Xuancheng, Wuhu, and Jingde, with a total area of over 9,000 square meters. It possesses over 1,900 sets of instruments and equipment and more than 100 professional technical personnel. Several technical backbones have been selected into provincial and municipal industry expert databases. The company holds all nine qualifications for construction engineering quality testing institutions (including construction engineering witness sampling) issued by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as engineering survey qualifications (Class B for geotechnical engineering and Class B for engineering surveying). It also possesses a Class A qualification for lightning protection device testing issued by the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, a Class III capability certificate for drainage pipeline inspection and evaluation issued by the industry association, and a Class C comprehensive qualification for highway engineering testing issued by the transportation department.

Its business segments cover construction engineering, municipal engineering, transportation engineering, water conservancy engineering, railway engineering, lightning protection engineering, civil air defense engineering, fire protection engineering, product inspection, safety appraisal, certification consulting, and dual carbon services. Its service radius covers the entire Anhui Province and parts of East China.
