Suzhou Concrete and Cement Products Research Institute Testing Center Co., Ltd. was founded in 1965. It is a professional testing institution with independent legal entity status, capable of issuing impartial testing data and results to society. In 1989, it was approved to establish the "National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Cement and Concrete Products," which was renamed the "National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Cement and Concrete Products" in 2021. The company officially joined CTC in 2019.

The company has complete testing hardware facilities. It covers an area of 1,495 square meters and has established more than 20 specialized laboratories, including mechanics, alkali reactivity, chloride ion penetration, radioactivity, and non-combustibility, as well as a large-scale structural testing workshop, capable of meeting the indoor testing needs of large concrete components. The company is equipped with over 900 sets of various advanced testing instruments and equipment, including full-spectrum direct-reading spectrometers, fatigue test frames, rapid freeze-thaw systems, and universal testing machines, providing solid guarantees for the testing of building materials raw materials, concrete products, and precast concrete components.

As a core supporting unit for industry standardization, the company has long undertaken the daily work of the China Technical Committee for Standardization of Concrete and Cement Products and several industry society specialized committees. It has deeply participated in the development and revision of relevant national and industry standards for building materials, having developed or revised over 40 national, industry, and group standards in total, continuously leading the upgrading of industry technical specifications.

The company's business covers core fields such as cement, concrete and cement products, precast components, admixtures, high-performance mineral admixtures, fiber cement products, prefabricated building materials, and engineering non-destructive testing. It can undertake national and provincial supervision and random inspections, engineering material testing, specialized supervision of PCCP water transmission pipes, and research-oriented testing in the building materials field, while also providing services such as testing technology research and development, industry technical guidance, and personnel training.

Qualifications

The company holds authoritative qualifications including laboratory accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and qualification accreditation from the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CMA). Its testing results are authoritative, valid, and socially recognized. It has been rated as a Jiangsu Provincial High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME for many consecutive years.
