China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group Suzhou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CTC Suzhou Company") operates the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Waterproof and Water-Saving Materials and the National Building Materials Industry Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Testing of Building Waterproofing Materials. It possesses testing capabilities for hundreds of waterproof building materials products and parameters, and is equipped with over 300 sets of large-scale, professional testing instruments and equipment. It has large-scale glass curtain wall four-performance laboratories, wind uplift resistance laboratories, thermal insulation material laboratories, waterproof coating laboratories, waterproof membrane laboratories, sealant and adhesive material laboratories, rigid material laboratories, glass testing laboratories, and root penetration resistance laboratories, and provides technical services such as on-site testing of various waterproofing projects for roofs, roads, and bridges.

CTC Suzhou Company serves as the secretariat of the "Subcommittee on Waterproof Materials of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Lightweight and Decorative Building Materials," engaging in standardization work such as the development and revision of waterproof material standards. It also develops and designs various specialized testing instruments and researches various testing technologies.

CTC Suzhou Company operates the "National Building Materials Industry Special Trade Vocational Skills Appraisal Station 040," responsible for the national vocational qualification appraisal of junior workers, intermediate workers, senior workers, technicians, and senior technicians in the production, quality inspection, and construction of building waterproofing materials nationwide. It also guides training business for related building materials trades.

CTC Suzhou Company is responsible for the certification of green products for building waterproofing and sealing materials, voluntary product certification, quality management system certification, and standardization laboratory accreditation, and will also carry out waterproofing system certification.
